About UNHCR – The UN Refugee Agency
UNHCR is the United Nations agency mandated to protect refugees, forcibly displaced communities, and stateless people worldwide. Founded in 1950 in the aftermath of World War II, UNHCR operates in over 130 countries, delivering life-saving aid, legal protection, and durable solutions to more than 117 million displaced people globally.
The Opportunity
This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven fundraising professional to make history. As London F2F Campaign Manager, you will build and lead the entire ground operation for UNHCR's inaugural face-to-face fundraising campaign in the UK — recruiting and training a high-performing team, managing day-to-day London operations, and directly driving the results that fund life-saving work around the world.

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes covering UNHCR's mission, fundraising techniques, compliance standards, and professional conduct
- Drive and monitor field performance, setting weekly and monthly targets, analysing results, and implementing action plans to maximise donor acquisition and quality
- Manage daily team deployment across London locations, ensuring effective site selection and resource allocation
- Maintain strong working relationships with UNHCR stakeholders, providing regular campaign updates and performance reporting
- Ensure full compliance with CIoF guidelines, GDPR, and UNHCR donor care standards at all times
- Coach and motivate fundraisers through regular field observations, one-to-ones, and team meetings, fostering a purpose-led and high-energy culture
- Manage operational budgets and contribute to campaign strategy, forecasting, and planning
