Zen Educate is seeking compassionate and resilient Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join a specialized school in the North Somerset/Weston-Super-Mare area. We are looking for dedicated individuals for full-time and part-time roles to support children and young people with a range of complex learning needs.
The Role: Specialist Support for Complex Needs
You will be working in a well-established specialist environment that caters to pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). The school is highly regarded for its holistic approach, focusing on communication, independence, and sensory development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individualised Support: Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students engage with their learning and social activities.
