The successful candidate will work Tuesday to Thursday, providing PPA cover across all five classes and supporting leadership and monitoring activities. This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a school that values individualised learning, community, and the holistic development of every child. The role begins at the start of the upcoming term and continues on a fixed-term basis, subject to ongoing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality teaching across all primary year groups during PPA cover, ensuring continuity of learning and adherence to the national curriculum.
  • Deliver planned lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum policies, maintaining high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
  • Support the planning, assessment, and personalised learning goals for pupils, recognising their unique interests and needs.
  • Assist in creating a nurturing classroom environment that reflects the school’s ethos of respect, inclusivity, and development.
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of pupil progress, providing feedback to colleagues and contributing to pupil assessments.
