Zen Educate is seeking a senior People leader to partner with our Global VP of People and UK senior leadership. You will help scale the People function for a 270+ UK team within a growing global cohort, embedding governance, practices and policies to support rapid growth.
You will build metrics from People data, lead talent, development and performance discussions, and roll out processes that enable managers to lead effectively while protecting employee wellbeing and culture.
