Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, creative, and phonics-rich lessons tailored to the Year 1 curriculum.

- Work alongside experienced Teaching Assistants to support all learning levels within the classroom.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification (ECTs/NQTs are welcome to apply!).
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1), with a strong understanding of early reading, writing, and phonics (such as Read Write Inc. or similar programs).
- A nurturing, patient approach and the ability to quickly build rapport with young learners.
- Strong communication skills to ensure effective handovers with the Monday-to-Wednesday class teacher.
- An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one immediately).
