Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1), with a strong understanding of early reading, writing, and phonics (such as Read Write Inc. or similar programs).
  • A nurturing, patient approach and the ability to quickly build rapport with young learners.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure effective handovers with the Monday-to-Wednesday class teacher.
  • An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one immediately).
