SEN Teacher (Mixed KS3 Class) – Full-Time, Until End of School Year – Bristol Zen Educate is seeking a dedicated and resilient Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting as soon as possible (ASAP) at a specialized secondary school in the Bristol area. This rewarding role involves teaching a small, mixed class of Year 7 and 8 students until the end of the academic year. The Role: Nurturing KS3 Engagement in a Specialist Setting You will be responsible for teaching a small, dedicated class of Year 7 and 8 pupils who require a holistic and nurturing approach to learning due to their complex needs, which often include Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The school is known for its therapeutic approach and a high ratio of support staff, ensuring the focus remains on individual pupil progress and well-being rather than large class sizes.
