Key Responsibilities

As the Office Manager, you will lead a small administrative team and provide high-level support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Your duties will include:

  • Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring administrative staff to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Operational Oversight: Managing school databases (SIMS/Arbor), coordinating school events, and overseeing daily attendance records.
  • Financial Administration: Assisting with budget monitoring, processing invoices, and managing school funds.
  • Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for parents, governors, and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Maintaining meticulous records for safeguarding, health and safety, and GDPR.
