Our fantastic schools across Bude are looking for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support across their classrooms. Having experience is desirable, but if you’re enthusiastic and willing to learn, don’t hesitate in applying! In this role, you will work closely with individuals with either SEN needs or behavioural challenges, helping them develop essential life skills and overcome obstacles. Provide one-on-one support to individuals, use your experience to create engaging and therapeutic activities, and assist individuals in developing social, communication, and problem-solving. Desirable: A passion for working with individuals with diverse needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, resilience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A commitment to promoting independence and personal growth. Desirable to be full time and a driver.
