We are looking for excellent teachers who are passionate about teaching and inspiring students to learn and achieve. We have many secondary schools in Exeter looking for both full-time and supply teachers with an immediate start Responsibilities: Encourage students to use their critical thinking skills to solve problems and develop their imagination Create a positive learning environment that encourages engagement, self-esteem, and self-efficacy Collaborate with parents and other teachers in order to create a learning community that meets the needs of each student Communicate effectively with parents and students via the iPad app or phone app Develop an understanding of the cultural backgrounds of students Qualifications: Must have a passion for teaching students from all backgrounds (i.e., English Language Arts, History, Literature, Science) Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with parents, students, teachers, and administration Must be able to work well under pressure with a deadline and be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
