Overview
Zen Educate are looking for experienced Primary SEN Teaching Assistants in Liverpool. Although experience of working with a variety of needs is preferred, what’s essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs. There are part time, full time and long term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Successful candidates will earn a minimum of £94.50 a day. If candidates impress in a school trial they can be paid up to £110 a day, dependent on qualifications and experience.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant should:
- Have experience working with children with SEN on 1:1 basis or in classes
- Preferred training or experience in Makaton, PECS, or be Team Teach trained
- Be passionate about working with SEN children
- Be flexible, proactive and patient
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Be committed to work full-time
