We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary Teacher specialising in Physics to join the vibrant team at BOA Digital Technologies Academy in Birmingham. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a digitally innovative and creatively driven educational environment that champions excellence, inclusivity, and the development of well-rounded learners. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, subject-specific teaching that fosters critical thinking, scientific understanding, and a love for Science among students. The position is available from September 2024 and is intended to run for the full academic year, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons that align with the national curriculum and the academy’s standards for excellence.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that promote deep understanding of scientific principles and foster analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing timely feedback to support continuous improvement.
