Nursery Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated Nursery Practitioner to work part time or full time with children aged 0-5 in a nursery/preschool setting. Standard hours for the day would vary between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: – Support the Nursery Teacher / Room Leader in creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children. – Assist in planning and delivering activities that promote learning and development. – Provide individualised care to meet the needs of each child, including those with special requirements. – Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and external professionals. – Support children with SEN 1:1 if necessary Requirements: – Experience working with children aged 0-5 is essential – A Nursery / Early Years Qualification of Level 2 or higher is essential – Excellent written and spoken English is essential – Applicants must be aged 18+ – Experience working with children with SEN is desired, but not essential
