We are seeking a committed individual for a full-time role starting as soon as possible to support young learners (ages 3-5) with complex needs. This role involves essential personal care.

The Role: Nurturing Early Years Development

You will be joining a highly supportive school environment dedicated to serving pupils with a range of severe and profound learning difficulties. Your primary focus will be on our youngest learners, helping to provide them with the best possible start to their education.

This is a highly hands-on and fulfilling role, where you will be instrumental in:

Supporting EYFS Curriculum: Helping pupils engage in play-based and sensory learning activities designed for their developmental level.

Providing Personal Care: Assisting pupils with essential needs, including toileting, nappy changing, feeding/mealtime support, and assistance with mobility.

Communication Support: Aiding with communication methods like PECS and Makaton to help pupils express their needs and choices.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with the class teacher, therapists, and specialist staff to implement individualized support plans.
