Zen Educate is seeking a compassionate Early Years Teaching Assistant in Caerphilly to join our infant team on a maternity cover basis starting 18 May 2026. This position focuses on providing tailored support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to create a nurturing learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Early Years education and a strong understanding of child-led learning approaches. Additional qualifications in child-related fields are desirable.
