Office Manager Location: Dudley, West Midlands Contract Type: Permanent | Term Time + Insets (40 Weeks) Hours: 37 Hours Per Week Salary: £25,545 – £31,317 Actual Salary (Dependent on Experience) The Role – Office Manager We are seeking an organised, proactive, and highly professional Office Manager to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Dudley area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality operational and administrative support within education. As Office Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the school office, including attendance processes, administration systems, and the line management of office support staff. You will act as a central point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, helping to maintain a positive and professional school environment. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
