Zen Educate is revolutionising education. Our online platform gives schools instant access to hundreds of profiles of fully vetted teachers and support staff. Since launching in 2017, we’ve saved schools over £30m and continue to grow in the UK and US markets.

The opportunity

We’re expanding to lend support to numerous schools and have offices in Birmingham, London, Turo, Manchester, Cardiff, Nottingham and Liverpool. If you’re keen on a role in any of these locations, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the relationship with key customers including retention, expansion and new business
  • Lead school leaders through successful recruitment processes using a consultative approach
  • Call schools and build pipeline
  • Work collaboratively with the sales, operations and technology teams to continuously improve efficiency in delivering value to schools
  • Get your hands dirty. Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same and a general interest in mucking in and just getting the job done is crucial
