Currently we are seeking a professional to join us as Managing Director in United Kingdom.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, or e-money;
- Previous roles such as: Managing Director, CEO, CRO, VP Risk, Director;
- Strong knowledge of:
- Card acquiring and payment processing
- Risk management and compliance
- Visa & Mastercard frameworks
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the company’s UK growth and market expansion strategy
- Oversee all operational, commercial, and regulatory activities
- Develop and manage relationships with Visa, Mastercard, banks, and strategic partners
- Drive business development in acquiring, e-commerce, and high-risk payments
- Lead and scale local teams across sales, risk, compliance, and operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and strong risk governance
- Represent the company with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders
- Own P&L and performance targets for the UK market
