Zen Care and Education is seeking a Registered Children's Residential Manager to lead a 4-bedded EBD home in the North West. The role focuses on safeguarding, care planning, and high-quality operations to support young people with EBD.
The successful candidate will have at least two years’ Registered Manager experience in a children’s residential setting, NVQ 3/4 in Childcare, and ideally a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification, plus a valid UK driving licence.
