Zempler Bank is seeking an Underwriting Mobilisation Lead to design, implement and embed the underwriting capability for a new CRE secured lending business. You will build operating models, governance, controls and future-state capabilities, delivering a functioning underwriting operation and a scalable capability for growth.

You will collaborate with Risk, Operations, Technology, Data and Decision Science to shape current and future underwriting.
