Zempler is a British business bank redefining finance for UK businesses. We are building a new secured lending proposition and seeking a Head of Secured Lending Operations Mobilisation to design and launch the operating model, governance and technology foundations from the ground up.
You'll lead end-to-end design, cutover, and readiness, coordinating across Product, Technology, Data, Risk and Operations to ensure launch-readiness and scalable operations for both automation-led.
