We are very proud to offer one of the most flexible hybrid working arrangements in the industry! The expectation for this role will involve a minimum of one day each month working out of our London Bridge office.
As part of a cross‑functional Scrum team, you’ll help deliver high‑quality, production‑ready software every two weeks. Your work will span development, quality, operability and support all with security and resilience in mind.
- Build high‑quality, clean and performant C# / .NET 6 applications
- Debug, review and continuously improve code quality across the team
- Work collaboratively to deliver clear Sprint Goals and working software
- Take part in backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Challenge and improve requirements where needed to better meet business goals
- Contribute to technical decision‑making, sharing context and trade offs
- Carry out code reviews and help reduce technical debt over time
- Ensure solutions meet OWASP Top 10 and wider security standards
- Support safe production releases and help remove blockers
- Assist with incident resolution, focusing on root cause and prevention
- Identify and manage risks within agreed risk appetite
- Follow established processes that ensure systems are safe, secure and compliant.
- Escalate issues early if they can’t be resolved within the team.

- Experience developing with C# and .NET (ideally NET 6+)
