Based in Hilversum, we bring together creative, passionate people to deliver high‑quality product for teams around the world — with a Swoosh on every kit.
The role is based in our Altrincham office, with a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office (Monday to Wednesday) and two days working remotely (Thursday and Friday).
What you’ll do:
- Support in building and maintaining quality and process manuals
- Support in the development of the sustainability road map
- Assist in implementing and reporting on sustainability, traceability, and circularity
- Collaborate with quality and compliance lead, product development and sourcing teams, and our vendors to ensure manufacturing standards are met, and that all products meet the required standards of safety and regulatory compliance throughout bulk production.
- Alongside the quality lead and development team, initiate and participate in in‑line inspections and audits, and maintain records of inspection findings and prepare quality reports
- Assist in processing root cause analysis on all quality concerns, document and prepare data
- Work with team lead to prepare and build internal engagement such as communication updates and presentations for senior leadership
- Stay informed on changes to product regulations and industry standards
- Participate in department admin tasks relating to quality and compliance
What you’ll bring:
- Undergraduate degree in Fashion, Supply Chain, Sustainability or related field
- Ideally at least 12 months experience (placements count)
- Knowledge of apparel production, global supply chains, sustainable processes and chemical compliance is preferred
- A desire for learning and research
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required (Average of four trips per year)
