Your Tasks:
- Support customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, clear progress, and successful go-lives.
- Ensure alignment with customers throughout the implementation process, keeping them informed, managing expectations, and ensuring clarity on timelines.
- Support clear scope alignment throughout the implementation, ensuring focus on agreed priorities while addressing additional requests constructively.
- Translate customer requirements into practical, effective solutions, ensuring a smooth and intuitive implementation experience.
- Guide customers towards effective and scalable solutions within Zelt, helping them get the most out of the platform.
- Ensure value delivery at every stage, helping customers understand outcomes, progress, and the impact of the implementation.
- Continuously build and maintain strong product knowledge, becoming a reliable point of contact for how the platform works across modules.
Your Profile:
- Degree from a top-tier university with a strong academic record (Distinction / equivalent).
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively.
- Confidence working with customers and stakeholders early in your career.
- Curiosity and drive to deeply understand a complex product.
