Founding Account Executive
This is an opportunity to sell a new, market leading product in one of the largest software markets globally. Zelt was recently named High Performer by G2 in both the Core HR and Payroll software segments, a $100bn+ market, as the only company in Europe.
We recently entered the mid-cap and enterprise market, initially focussing on companies with 250-1,000 employees, where ACVs range between $50,000 and $150,000 on multi-year contracts, and you will play a crucial role in driving forward our growth in this market. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting – supported by an algorithmic lead generation machine we have built over the past 2 years – to closing.
You will be reporting directly into the CEO and take a leading role in building out our sales team, with a progression path to Head of Sales.

Compensation
- £140,000 OTE

Requirements
- Experience in mid-market or enterprise sales
- Expert level communication and sales skills
- Experience in software sales
