We are seeking reliable and hands-on Production Operatives to join our team.
Simply let us know your availability, and we'll offer shifts to suit. Our standard shift patterns are:
7:00am to 3:00pm
3:00pm to 11:00pm
11:00pm to 7:00am
This is a casual seasonal position, providing an excellent opportunity for those looking for work over the coming months while contributing to the production of high-quality products enjoyed by customers around the world.
This is a manual role that may require standing for long periods, working to targets, and may involve lifting boxes.
What you’ll be doing:
Pick, pack, print, and produce garments to a high standard
Meet daily production targets and uphold team KPIs
Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and ready to go
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality
Support teammates and assist with training
Bring a forward-thinking approach, using new tools and ideas (including AI) to make production smarter and faster
