Position Overview:
The role of Digital Marketing Assistant is to work with the Technical, Paid, Content and Social Media Teams to ensure our client strategies and objectives are achieved to the highest standard.
This role provides an overview and training in each of the Agency’s departments, enabling the Digital Marketing Assistant to learn about all aspects of the services that we offer our clients. This role has a focus on SEO and PPC.
- Learn about and carry out SEO fundamentals
- Learn about and carry out local SEO fundamentals
- Carry out Keyword Research
- Provide insight into/propose elements to a new site structure
- Fixing and optimising URLs
- Carry out Page and Mobile Optimisations
- Reporting on SEO
- Fixing linking issues both externally and internally
- Technical SEO site audits fixes
- Utilising HTML coding to fix a range of issues
- Implementation of content campaigns, including content creation, on-page optimisation,link building and email campaigns
- PPC – Analyse web page analytics, looking at bounce rate, traffic source, time spent on page and page speed
- Proactively contribute to the team with fresh ideation and innovative strategies
- Be responsive to constructive feedback
- Provide prompt and professional client liaison
- Review, analyse and question monthly client reports, raising any concerns, points of interest or ideas for improvement to your line manager
- Ensure that client workload, training and self-development are carried out in line with allocated time frames
- Liaise and communicate with all teams to ensure that the overall client strategies and goals are being achieved
