Overview

Due to an exciting pilot project at Noddfa, an opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, skilled and person centered practitioner to join the team.

The ability to demonstrate a keen interest and passion for working with children with highly complex needs is essential.

Role requirements

The successful candidate will also be required to evidence how they have worked successfully with parents/carers and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children/young people.

An enhanced DBS is required for this position.
