About the role The NetSuite Product Manager role sits within the Strategy & Assurance function of the Group Finance team, with responsibility for defining how our Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) should use NetSuite. As NetSuite Product Manager you’ll also own the project to transition multiple business units (BUs) to those ways of working and future continuous improvement activities. Our FSSC consists of around 85 colleagues operating the order-to-cash (O2C) journey for Zellis Group BUs. The BUs use NetSuite as their core finance / ERP, each has their own CRM solution. This role will be responsible for changing how the Billing, Cash Collection and Assurance teams work within NetSuite to ensure that our processes take advantage of all system functionality, automating data flows from source systems and third party tools. The NetSuite Product Manager role is highly technical in nature, requiring a deep understanding of NetSuite and SuiteBilling as well as typical methods to automate the transfer of data from source systems and subsequent processing to ensure that the O2C journey is as efficient as possible, enabling the significant growth that is expected across our Group companies over the next five years.
