Een toezichthoudende functie binnen een organisatie die zich dagelijks inzet voor duizenden zelfstandig ondernemers in de bouw- en technieksector. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om mee te bouwen aan een organisatie waarin ondernemerschap, belangenbehartiging, dienstverlening en financiële dienstverlening samenkomen. Een organisatie met maatschappelijke relevantie, een duidelijke ambitie en een sterke positie binnen haar doelgroep. De vergoeding bestaat uit een passende vaste jaarlijkse commissarisvergoeding, aangevuld met een extra vergoeding voor deelname aan de auditcommissie. Gemaakte onkosten worden vergoed.
Praktische informatie
De Raad van Toezicht en Raad van Commissarissen vergadert gemiddeld vier keer per jaar. Daarnaast vinden periodiek auditcommissie-overleggen en incidentele bijeenkomsten plaats wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. De tijdsinvestering bedraagt gemiddeld circa 6 tot 8 werkdagen per jaar, afhankelijk van de agenda en ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie. In het eerste jaar kan de tijdsbesteding, mede door de verdere inrichting van de governance en de auditcommissie, tijdelijk hoger liggen. De vergaderingen vinden in principe plaats op ons kantoor in Hilversum, gevestigd in een karakteristieke kantoorvilla aan de rand van het centrum. Omdat de Raad van Commissarissen tevens toezicht houdt op onze verzekeringsactiviteiten, maakt een geschiktheids- en betrouwbaarheidstoetsing door de Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) onderdeel uit van de benoemingsprocedure.
