We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Clinical Application Specialist to join a dynamic Microsurgery team, supporting the implementation and clinical adoption of innovative technologies that enhance surgical workflow and patient outcomes across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong clinical understanding with commercial awareness and enjoys working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic business development.

As a Senior Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of advanced clinical applications within microsurgery and tumour workflow environments. This position involves UK-wide travel, with an ideal base location in or around Manchester or Nottingham to effectively cover both northern and southern regions.

  • Develop deep expertise in microsurgery clinical workflows and tumour treatment pathways, including ENT, Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Neuropathology, and Radiotherapy applications.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference centres, and senior clinical stakeholders across the NHS and private healthcare sectors.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution for Microsurgery Workflow adoption and expansion.
  • Background in clinical applications, clinical sales support, or commercial healthcare roles within the NHS or similar healthcare systems.
  • Experience within ENT, Neurosurgery, or Plastic Surgery highly desirable.
  • Strong project management and/or business development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Experience with innovative or disruptive medical technologies.
  • Degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pathology, Life Sciences, or equivalent discipline.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity in clinical and commercial environments.
