Your Role
The role of SAP S/4HANA Lead Trainer β P2X Stream will involve:
- Leading training activities focused on the Procure-to-X (P2X) SAP process stream, including modules such as P2P , MM , IM , EWM , and TM .
- Supporting and upskilling a global team of IT trainers by providing deep functional knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.
- Planning, preparing, and delivering train-the-trainer sessions and supporting local trainers with end-user training delivery.
- Continuously improving training methodologies with modern, scalable approaches and tools.
- Measuring and documenting training effectiveness, and integrating feedback into future training design.
Your Experience
As a SAP S/4HANA Lead Trainer β P2X Stream , you will have:
- At least 5 years of global experience in SAP S/4HANA training and consulting.
- Proven expertise in the P2X stream , with knowledge of relevant modules (e.g., P2P, MM, IM, EWM, TM).
- Hands-on experience delivering training for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong ability to create structured training plans, develop engaging content, and lead both virtual and in-person sessions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical content into practical, accessible learning.
You will ideally have:
- Experience with SAP Enable Now or other digital learning platforms.
- Familiarity with discrete manufacturing industries, especially optics, semiconductors, mechanical engineering, or high-tech.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in German, French, or Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience managing training rollouts in a global, cross-functional environment.
- A background in change management and capacity planning .
