What you'll be doing:
- Working within the Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) Division at ZEISS, you will be responsible for supporting customers across a range of measurement technologies and software platforms.
- You will work closely with both customers and the sales team, helping to deliver technical solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical demonstrations of ZEISS metrology solutions and software.
- Provide applications support to customers both remotely and on-site.
- Deliver customer training tailored to business requirements.
- Support customers with measurement strategies, inspection routines and programming challenges.
- Work closely with the sales team to support new business opportunities.
- Assist with customer acceptance activities, installations and implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical metrology solutions.
- Travel throughout the UK to support customer sites and projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within metrology, dimensional measurement, quality engineering or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
- Experience with CMM programming and inspection routines.
- Knowledge of metrology software such as CALYPSO, ZEISS Inspect, GOM Inspect, PC-DMIS, PolyWorks or similar.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to solve technical and measurement-related challenges.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Previous experience delivering training, demonstrations or technical support would be beneficial.
