What you’ll be doing
Working within the Production, Planning, Materials, Logistics Department at ZEISS Microscopy, we are looking for a Logistics and Billing Coordinator (12-month FTC) to coordinate shipments to EM customers worldwide, including document generation & processing. You will act as a contact point for SSCs / Clearing House regarding delivery updates.
- Act as focal point of contact to SSCs worldwide and Clearing House. Respond to customer queries regarding delivery status of systems and ensure that customers are provided with up-to-date delivery information.
- Liaise with third-party logistics partners, freight forwarders, or appointed shipping agents as required, to arrange the collection, consolidation, packing, and dispatch of customer shipments.
- Collect and coordinate all Proof of Export documentation (CMR / AWB) in accordance with HMRC requirements.
- Process transport invoices as submitted by third-party transport partners.
