To support our ongoing global implementation of SAP S4HANA, we are seeking a Lead SAP Trainer with specific expertise in modules related to Idea to Market & Engineer to Order:

Your Role

The role of SAP S/4HANA Lead Trainer will involve:

  • Designing and delivering processual and functional training for \”Idea to Market\” and \”Engineer to Order\” streams
  • Developing training aligned with FIT4 Co-Existence Phase and supporting R&D realignment with tools like Siemens Teamcenter
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts and business segments to develop and approve high-quality training content
  • Preparing and conducting training sessions for Key Users as part of FIT4 Roll-Out projects
  • Supporting entities in identifying training needs and developing delta training strategies

Your Experience

As a SAP S/4HANA Lead Trainer you will have:

  • Extensive experience in SAP or S/4HANA consulting and training
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP PLM
  • Experience in PDM and Engineer to Order (ETO) processes
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs tailored to various audiences
  • Fluent language skills in English & German

You will ideally have:

  • Hands-on communication skills for effectively conveying complex topics
  • Strong coordination, advisory, and stakeholder collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Experience with SAP Enable Now and systems like Siemens Teamcenter
  • Experience in managing and rolling out enterprise-wide IT systems
