What you’ll be doing
Working within the Service Department at ZEISS Ltd , we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to carry out the installation and service/calibration of Coordinate Measurement, Optical, and X-ray systems at customer premises.
- Installation and commissioning of new or relocated CMMs, Optical, and X-ray systems.
- Respond to onsite customer machine breakdowns.
- Report to Regional Service Manager (Technical Service) highlighting problems and escalating any appropriate issues.
- Onsite completion of calibration protocol and attaching signed copy to Sales Force CRM Ibase.
