Your Role
- Providing functional support to a global network of Key Users, sharing advanced SAP S/4HANA knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.
- Supporting capacity planning and upskilling initiatives to ensure continuous capability development across teams.
- Designing, developing, and continuously improving training concepts using modern and innovative learning methods.
- Owning and maintaining training materials for the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) stream.
- Planning and delivering train‑the‑trainer sessions, including functional training, frameworks, and soft skills coaching.
- Supporting Key Users in the preparation and execution of end‑user training sessions.
- Evaluating training effectiveness, documenting insights, and driving continuous improvement across the training programme.

The role offers a remote working model with occasional travel to Cambourne, Cambridge for key workshops and team meetings, and the opportunity to travel internationally (up to 25%).
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP and S/4HANA training and consulting in a global environment.
- Proven experience working on global template rollout projects.
- Expert knowledge of SAP Record‑to‑Report (R2R), including FI, CO, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting.
- Strong experience in developing and delivering training plans, materials, and concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as French, German, or Chinese are advantageous.
- Knowledge of discrete industries, with exposure to mechanical engineering, high‑tech, optics, or semiconductors considered a plus.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams in a global environment.
- Strong change management experience and a track record of leading global training rollouts.
- Experience in capacity planning and upskilling initiatives.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%).
