We’re looking for an Instructional Designer – SAP S/4HANA to join our team in a Global / Hybrid location.
Your Role
- Design and develop target group–specific learning content (e‑learnings, blended learning, microlearning, job aids, walkthroughs) related to SAP S/4HANA processes and systems.
- Collaborate closely with workstreams, key users, and trainers to structure complex SAP content into learner‑friendly materials.
- Review and refine learning materials to ensure clarity, relevance, and SAP process accuracy aligned with business needs.
- Advise internal stakeholders on learning formats, tools, and methods, including digital enablement solutions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end learning development lifecycle from concept and storyboard to implementation, deployment, and evaluation.
- Support global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives through effective learning and knowledge enablement.
This is a permanent, global role with high visibility, offering a hybrid working pattern with flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with international stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience designing and developing digital learning solutions.
- Strong instructional design and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience working in large‑scale IT transformation or ERP projects.
- A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style.
- Experience using modern digital learning formats and methodologies.
