Responsibilities
- Support in the conception, implementation and execution of Talent & Performance Development Programs at ZEISS as well as the preparation and coordination of proposals for the improvement of the programs.
- Contact for employees and managers in all program and process-related matters.
- Active contribution to the continuous improvement of program and process design.
- Take over (parts of) event management, program planning and moderation of training modules and events.
- Support the selection of service providers.
- Conduct research, evaluations and reports for the continuous improvement, monitoring and quality assurance of programs and processes.
- Plan and implement information and enablement measures for global programs and processes.
Essential Criteria
- Successful completion of studies in business administration, psychology or similar.
- 2-3 years of experience in people development or HR process design in industry or consulting.
- Knowledge and experience in design, optimization and execution of HR processes, preferably within talent and performance.
- Data-driven, target oriented and structured way of working.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and confidence in working with people from various backgrounds.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working with Workday (talent suite, reporting functions), Power BI and AI.
- Talent and performance management within a people development department.
