In general, the focus of this role is the design and introduction of Talent & Performance Management concepts, processes and programs for the duration of 12 month FTC.
Responsibilities- Contribute to an integrated ZEISS solution portfolio for Talent & Performance Management: Concept, implement and execute Talent & Performance Development Programs
- Consult leaders, employees and HR Business Managers on Talent & Performance topics as well as plan corresponding measures
- Analyse needs and conclude overarching concepts
- Support definition and implementation of global (digital) processes
- Plan and execute workshops and other dialogue formats
- Select and steer external service providers
- Steer and continuously improve global processes
- Successful completion of studies in business administration, psychology, behavioral sciences or similar
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in people development in industry or consulting
- Knowledge and experience in designing talent development measures following the 70-20-10 approach as well as diagnostic instruments
- Ability to independently lead projects
- High level of consulting expertise, excellent analytical skills and can-do mentality
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and confidence in working with people from various backgrounds
- Experience working with Workday (talent suite, reporting functions)
- Experienced with AI empowered development measures
