Purpose of the Role
To support the launch and global roll‑out of the ZEISS Vision Incubator Project, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing executive. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager to bring to life a new and exciting brand extension that will help deliver the company’s long‑term growth ambition. The successful candidate will be passionate about marketing execution, demonstrate a commitment to learning, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, creative and adaptation agencies, and key global markets to ensure consistent and high‑quality delivery aligned with ZEISS standards of excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Objectives and Requirements of the Role
- Artwork process leadership: Lead the end-to-end artwork process for key markets, managing timelines, feedback loops, and approvals to ensure seamless delivery. Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to maintain brand integrity, & consistency across the portfolio.
- Creative & asset development: Support the creation of communication assets with our global agencies, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, on‑brand materials. Collaborate with adaptation agencies to tailor global assets for local market relevance while maintaining brand integrity. Manage the organisation, delivery, and upkeep of all brand essentials, including toolkits, brand books, and visual guidelines, ensuring clear structure and long‑term usability.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) support: Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the development and execution of GTM plans for new product launches. Work with local market teams to ensure coordinated, reliable activation that reflects the ZEISS commitment to excellence and alignment with the global strategy.
- Brand performance & budget management support: Partner with key markets to ensure consistent brand execution and alignment with ZEISS global strategy. Support performance tracking and reporting, contributing to the development and follow‑up of action plans. Assist in shaping market engagement plans that prioritise innovation and reflect brand objectives. Assist in budget management for the marketing activities for the project.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Must have:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Marketing Expertise: Proven experience (e.g., 2-4 years) in a marketing role, with an understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
- Project Management: Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling marketing content and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Digital Skills: Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Foundational knowledge of data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in tools such as Excel or other data visualization software.
- Category Relevance: Familiarity with the healthcare or FMCG industry, including an understanding of market trends and customer behaviour.
- Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in additional languages, such as German, is an advantage.
