We help customers across industries improve product quality and productivity with advanced technology and expert service. We’re now looking for an Aftermarket Sales Team Leader – a hands‑on role where you’ll support and coach a small sales team while still being actively involved in customer sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and support the Aftermarket Sales team to achieve targets.
  • Personally manage customer accounts, driving aftermarket sales across software, service contracts, retrofits, consumables and services.
  • Oversee sales pipelines, reporting and CRM accuracy.
  • Promote a customer-first, performance-driven culture.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven sales experience (aftermarket, B2B or technical sales).
  • Some team leadership, coaching or mentoring exposure.
  • Comfortable with inside sales, customer calls and account management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in industrial or technical sectors is desirable but not essential.
