Zego is seeking a head of complaints to lead the FCA-regulated complaints function across Customer Support, FOS Complaints, and Claims.
You will own the operating model, drive improvements, and ensure accurate regulatory reporting including DISP and Consumer Duty alignment.
You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Claims leadership to sustain governance, escalate high-risk issues, and deliver fair, high-quality outcomes for customers and regulators.
