About the role
We are currently looking for a versatile Talent Acquisition Manager to support hiring across our Engineering functions. You will provide an exceptional experience by delivering worldâclass service to both candidates and stakeholders. This is a 12 month maternity cover contract.
What youâll be working on:
- Partner closely with Engineering function leaders to evaluate hiring requirements, lead the search and recommend a quality and inclusive shortlist of candidates.
- Manage thirdâparty agency relationships, ensuring they are kept updated and that the candidates they present are given an exceptional experience.
- Own the full cycle of the hiring process: job qualification, proactive sourcing (direct approach via LinkedIn and emails, networking, referrals), interviewing, selection, and closing of key talent.
- Deliver a worldâclass, endâtoâend experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Monitor, maintain and proactively report key recruitment metrics.
What youâll need to be successful:
- Wellârounded, with experience partnering closely with Engineering teams; experience working with core business functions is an advantage.
- Fastâpaced, having recruited in startâup or scaleâup companies within a dynamic environment.
- Positive, rollâupâyourâsleeves attitude to take the recruitment lead and suggest improvements to elevate our recruitment function.
- Numerate and analytical, metricâfocused.
- Proactively building talent pipelines outside organic applications.
