What you’ll be doing:
- Case Management - Handling a diverse caseload of litigated motor claims (Property Damage and Personal Injury) through to settlement or trial.
- Technical - Drafting and reviewing court documents, witness statements, and instructions with high attention to detail.
- Strategic Negotiation - Driving commercial outcomes through robust negotiation and effective management of panel solicitors.
- Accurate Reserving - Ensuring financial exposure is correctly reflected at every stage of the litigation lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous legal experience ideally within a motor insurance and claims environment.
- Experience in dealing with personal injury would be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of CPR, the MOJ Portal, and the litigation process.
- Ability to provide clear, concise case updates to Andrew and wider stakeholders.
- A proactive, "owner" mentality with a desire to sharpen your legal expertise in a fast‑paced environment.
