About the Role
As a Policy Validation Executive at Zego, you'll be a key player in our Fraud department, which is organised into two specialised teams, each focusing on different aspects of fraud prevention. This role offers a fantastic entry point into the intriguing world of Fraud. As you progress, you'll have the chance to develop your skills further, take on more responsibilities, deepen your expertise in fraud and underwriting, or assist in training new team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Validating Policy Details: Scrutinise documents and customer information for accuracy and signs of fraud or tampering.
- Document Examination: Request and review supporting documentation to confirm the authenticity of information provided by customers.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through live chat and other communication methods to address document issues or policy adjustments while delivering exceptional service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic, motivated, and intelligent team to support the validation process and contribute to fraud prevention efforts.

Instead, we foster a flexible approach that empowers every Zegon to perform at their best. We ask you to spend at least one day a week in our central London office. You have the flexibility to choose the day that works best for you and your team. We cover the costs for all company-wide events (3 per year) and also provide a separate hybrid contribution to help pay towards other travel costs. We think it’s a good mix of collaborative face time and flexible home-working, setting us up to achieve the right balance between work and life.
