Responsibilities
- Work through new and existing business leads by making outbound calls to prospective customers, guiding them through the sales process.
- Assess customersâ insurance needs and advise on appropriate Zego insurance products, always following compliance guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support over phone, live chat and email.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times and build productive trust relationships.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries while documenting all communication in the internal system.
- Follow GDPR guidelines and processes in all communication with customers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven skills working within a highâperforming, targetâdriven customer sales and service environment, ideally in a call centre setting.
- Obsessive about customer experience and act as an advocate for customersâ needs.
- Excellent listening skills to give advice and support.
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation and timeâmanagement abilities.
- Good understanding of GDPR rules and regulations, able to use multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ideally, experience in insurance or an FCA regulated business.

How we work
- Training delivered in our London office for the first 1â2 weeks, after which you will be able to work mostly remote.
- We ask you to attend team and companyâwide events, normally once every couple of months, with a contribution towards travel costs.
