Mission of the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in all the activities related to store business objectives, including sales development, staff management and operational activities. You will promote the brand, acting as a role model and building solid relationships with our customers, whilst acting with the highest integrity and entrepreneurial attitude.
Main Responsibilities
- Business development and sales management: support sales performance and store productivity through team supervision, action plans and clienteling initiatives;
- Customer understanding & engagement: ensure a customer-centric approach by delivering excellence in client experience and supporting CRM activities;
- Team development & team spirit: support team development through coaching, training, recruitment and team engagement activities;
- Brand presentation: ensure brand image excellence through effective product management, VM execution and training support;
- Retail & store operations: ensure smooth store operations by supporting compliance, stock management, Health & Safety and digital services;
