What You'll Do
- Support the endâtoâend operational delivery of Zeelo programmes, enabling Programme Operations Managers to maintain accountability for service outcomes.
- Execute daily operational tasks: performance monitoring, data accuracy, compliance support, and service coordination.
- Proactively spot gaps, keep records clean and up to date, and use dashboards or tools to flag trends and issues early.
- Communicate effectively with Programme Operations Managers, operators, and wider team to keep momentum moving and elevate issues appropriately.
