We are looking for a highly organised and motivated
Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive marketing, branding, and communication initiatives across the EMEA region.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of local marketing activities across Europe, working closely with regional sales teams, the UK office, and Zeeco's global corporate marketing team.
You'll play a key role in strengthening Zeeco's brand presence throughout EMEA while ensuring consistency with global marketing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver regional marketing activities, including exhibitions, trade shows, sponsorships, advertising campaigns, and customer events.
- Collaborate with product groups and internal departments to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Proofread, edit, and coordinate submissions of technical abstracts, papers, presentations, and conference materials.
- Support the planning, organisation, and execution of exhibitions and customer engagement events, ensuring effective post-event follow-up.
- Work with the corporate marketing team to develop and distribute marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, presentations, promotional merchandise, and signage.
- Manage and update regional social media content in line with corporate branding guidelines and approval processes.
- Maintain inventory and procurement of marketing materials, gifts, and merchandise.
- Coordinate the distribution of assets produced by graphic design and video production teams.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement activities within the UK office.
- Track, analyse, and report on regional marketing campaign performance.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing projects and initiatives.
- Manage digital wallboard signage content across Zeeco Europe locations.
- Provide cover for prequalification questionnaires and vendor onboarding activities when required.
