Coordinate and execute local marketing activities, including tradeshows, events, advertising, and sponsorships. Collaborate with product groups and internal departments to support marketing needs. Proofread, edit, and submit abstracts, papers, and presentations for conferences and industry events. Support the Senior Marketing Lead and events team with planning and delivering exhibitions and customer events, including post‑event follow‑up.
Pre‑Qualifications & Customer/Vendor Approvals:
- Log new enquiries and allocate them appropriately.
- Provide regular updates on approval progress.
- Review and validate documentation for new pre‑qualifications and customer/vendor setup.
- Conduct due‑diligence checks, including financial, legal, and regulatory compliance.
- Work with Finance, Procurement, HR, and QHSE to complete pre‑qualification questionnaires.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure all portal systems are updated with current status and progress.
Work with the marketing team to produce collateral such as brochures, case studies, presentations, merchandise, and signage. Manage local content updates for Zeeco Europe's social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and appropriate approvals. Procure and maintain inventory of marketing materials, merchandise, gifts, and signage for EMEA offices. Support distribution of assets created by video production and graphic design teams. Conduct market research to identify regional trends and customer needs. Assist with internal communications and employee engagement activities in the UK office. Track and report on the performance of regional marketing initiatives. Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing projects. Manage Wallboard digital signage for Zeeco Europe.
Candidate profile:
- Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or events coordination role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) preferred.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing practices.
- Aptitude for learning, thinking critically, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
